Hi, just saw this DVD of the Atlantic City show from 1989 in a store and it's on Amazon also with one fantastic rating. Does anyone know it and is it worth it's money? I own a John Mayall DVD of WT. It's a copy of the great "Jammin' with the Blues Greats" at an unbeatable price of 6,99 Euro.

Hey Amused, "I enjoy it... but it's no magic"... that's exactly what I wanted to say ;-) It wasn't a bad performance,but not a magic one... But I think we all know what we expect when watching Mick. I only feel sorry for some of the younger fans who may be really disappointed because they expected the Mick they know from "Sticky Fingers".

Yesterday I saw Mick and his band in Bonn at the Crossroads-Festival. Unfortunately the show was as I expected it to be: very mediocre. The band was OK. Great guitar-player Dennie Newman, groovy bassplayer, piano and drums were OK ,too. Many people left and I heard them say things like "He should be as famous as Clapton?" "What a boring show..." I'm sorry to say that

Hi, the VHS was released when the offical CD from the Luxor was released. I bought the CD but not the VHS because at that time I didn't have a VHS-recorder. But now the VHS is hard to find. And everytime I get an offer, people just want to make money (like 10 Euro for a DVD-R-copy!!). Not like on this board, where I even got some free CDs from nice people when starting to collect Stones

Yeah, I love it, too. When I was 14 I had only a tape recorder (compact cassette) and the first two tapes I had where "Sticky Fingers" and "Atlantic Crossing". Later got it on LP and a few month ago I bought the remastered CD which sounds really great!
