Greetings all, I know it'a a long shot & 'Tis still a few months before the gigs, but, does anyone have spare tickets for either Block A or Block B for the Twickanham shows? I know plenty of the 150 £ priced tickets are probably floating about, but, even for the stones that's a hell of an ammount to be paying^ A long shot...but,worth a try anyway^

Greetings dudes & dudettes! Must say I'm a big fan of 'Licks' Tour DVD's,and, have all the Pro-shots and one or two mighty fine audience shot extravaganzas(Budokan/First Union Philly),and,it seems the 'Circus Krone' is the only other DVD that has the 'Club' setlist.... So,fot those who've had the pleasure of seeing it,what's the

Well,I think the last 3 studio albums have been very damn good indeed -- even Steel Wheels had 4 or 5 moments of true glory, but, for a true classic album? I'd choose: Back of My Hand Laugh I Nearly Died This Place Is Empty Rough Justice The Worst Moon Is Up Love is Strong GunFace Saint Of Me Might As Well Get Juiced

'Streets Of Love'.... Or,as another poster used refer to it: ONNSOL(Oh No,Not Streets Of Love)^^ Before I heard it,and, from reading the vitriolic comments about it,I thought we'd have the PRO-LIFE lobby out in force for having an abortion like 'Streets of Love' to be allowed^^ Buuut...while it's definitely as cheesy as heck, and the exact opposite of subl

Yup,methinks the Oasis version is the B-side of 'All Around the World' as Gazza mentioned. It IS a great version, and, makes a far better stab at good music than the lifeless and utterly woeful A-Side,All around the world. All Around the World,Oasis' worst song? Possibly is,though, since '99 there have been more than just a few vying for that title.

Agree wholeheartedly -- 'Hand of Fate' is exquisite! The wonderful 'on the run/outlaw' lyrics, the primal basic riff, that glorious solo(Wayne Perkins?),plus,it's off one of my favourite stones albums, the much under-rated but quite excellent & groovy 'Black and Blue'. The album itself has been mentioned in interviews as a particular favourite of ex-Gunne

This one funnily seems to divide a lot of people -- Some stones-pals o' mine hate it,but,to each thier own -- I LOVE it!!!!! It's always, always been in my Top-10,it's just so irresistibly groovy, reggaefied a li'l,plus, who couldn't but just love the vocal stylings of the Jagger/Richards duet throughout most of the track. A magical track, wonderful groove,it's the

I can honestly say I've ne'er seen a 'bad' stones show either.. Maybe though,a factor is that I've only been to see them 7 times so,am very appreciative at being able to witness the stones spectacle, and it has never failed to amaze! Obviously the first ones have special memories -- Wembley 15th & 16th July 1995 -- up around the front area, following a pub crawl

To each his/her own... 'Streets Of Love' is one I enjoy too, even though it wouldn't be my favourite. Adds variety tio the album, and, even though not what we expected from the boys on this album, methinks it's fitting in just fine! Tastes differ...

While not as good as the excellent '90's albums from the band,I would place "Steel Wheels" top of the '80' bunch(with the exception of TY of course*). In parts sounding dated, especially on "Can't Be Seen",I'd go one better than Gazza though and say this one has 4 gems, with a 5th being almost there. "Slipping Away" has long been a
