They added Not Fade Away from the Joe Loss Show, but not at the correct place before the other tracks of the show, but torn apart somewhere on CD 2. Very badly done. The rest is identical.

These concerts are not filmed in widescreen (16:9) but only in normal (old) 4:3 aspect ratio. So you necessarily have black bars on left and right on a modern TV.

I'm not really into that topic. But I have the old VGP on CD-R I think; at least I once owned the original release. I thought that was a horrible vintage audience tape, not even fair-good, one of the worst recordings that ever surfaced. Now it's supposed to be a radio broadcast??

Which is the "Aufnahmegerät" (recording device) you have selected in the Sound-Systemsteuerung. On my PC I can only see microphones which usually deliver a much lower output voltage and therefore need much more amplification than a line in signal. I cannot select a line in at the moment, don't know why.

Are you using Windows 10?
Then you should probably reduce the recording volume of Windows (not of Audacity).
Assuming you have a German Windows.
Open "Einstellungen", then "Sound".
Scroll down and click on "Sound-Systemsteuerung"
In the new window go on the tab "Aufnahme"
Select your recording device.
Go on the tab "Pegel" and reduce the

The version on stonesvault is a different source than the new Millard recording. It is much worse and runs too fast. The Millard source is a huge upgrade (as expected).
