Mick ultimately determines the setlist. And while Chuck serves as an amazing reference point, musical directors typically have nothing to do with setlist. Their primary job is to direct the band arrangements for all the numbers. QuoteGAFF Quotempj200 What? Why would you think Chuck or Matt have anything to do with the setlist? No mate, Steve’s not a member. And both Mick and Keith recorded(Keith also toured) with Ronnie. The band doesn’t play Ronnie solo songs. QuoteMrForeverMusicFan Now that Steve Jordan is a member of The Stones, what is stopping Keith from performing X-Pensive Winos songs with the band such as 'Take It So Hard' and 'Wick As It Seems'. Because they are mates. Pay attention TODAY. QuoteSpodlumt I don't understand their working relationship with Jimmy Fallon. Does Mick think Jimmy is hip? Nobody I know watches his show and his child-like patronizing of all his guests is embarrassing. What do you think is the reason they keep throwing him bones?

It seems there are just too many obstacles. Issues getting buildings. Production crew working on another tour. No decision on the album, but that doesn’t rule out it coming out later this year. But it could also be held until next Spring.

Quotelem motlow Quotempj200 No offense but there was no tour in 2020 and I made no such post then. Nobody had any idea what was going to happen at that point. The post you are referring to was in May of 2021. And stadium rules had changed. The teams were in bubbles, the band was in a bubble. The promoters were able to work it out. But there was some crossover where players and coaches were mi

Quote24FPS They'll have to come up with some gimmick, something new, something for the obligatory 'surprise' song high up in the setlist, before they grind out the hits. Ghost Town is played out, as are all the numbers for Blue and Lonesome. It'll either be a new song, finally, or an oldie they never played, or one rarely played. They are so predictable at this point, th

It’s an injury boys. The healing time is uncertain due to age. But they are working on rescheduling. Unfortunate timing. The band has worked very, very hard to get the album done. They will do everything they can to get this back on track.

QuoteRocky Dijon There are no issues with Charlie's estate. He didn't quit the band. As for whether there is an anthology and a studio album, let's wait to see what those plugged in closer (Soldatti, mpj, and those close to Don Was) have to say. Their word will be far more reliable. The album has cuts with Charlie and Steve. With UMG, however, one never knows. It’s close to being

The band is traveling with a Infectious Disease Specialist, a Covid Compliance Officer, nurse and two doctors. They also have a PCR testing machine. The band and entourage test every few days. They are ALL vaccinated and boosted. They have PCR test which are very accurate. They have protocols in place, but nothing is full proof. Let’s focus on Mick getting well soon. The tour will sort itself out. Stop complaining and be thankful they didn’t pack it in.

Concerts are not canceled due to Covid illness. They are cancelled due to Covid infection. Several big tours are in a bit of limbo now. With last years tour, you had vaccines that prevented infections. And they worked perfectly. The Omicron variant is not so kind towards vaccines. That increases the possibility of infection. One infection can cost a band like the Stones over $30 M. I’ve heard
