The Hampton show was shot on analog videotape for purely contemporary broadcast purposes. Thus, the resolution and overall image quality is rather on the low side, lower than 480 so there's no reason for it to be in 1080p on YouTube - the upscaling would barely make a difference. You can try remastering the original tapes, but too much meddling with it would only make it look worse in my hum
