Quotesteffiestones The years 1968 to 1978 were the high-water mark of The Rolling Stones, and that is not nostalgia talking. It was the decade when everything aligned: hunger, danger, talent, the temper of the times, and hard-earned craft. That kind of convergence happens once, if you’re lucky. First, they were still young but already scarred. By ’68 they had absorbed the blues to the bone, le

I love Ronnie's solo work but this packaging is so lazy and cheap that it hardly looks worth buying. A real shame. A stream will do.

Shocking bad, it just sounds so outdated but not in an authentic retro way. Just hopeless.

QuoteJalfstra The beginning of the show still gives me goosebumps. When the band hits the stage, the crowds comes forward and screams there lungs out. Love the zeitgeist. Young stones, young crowd, no phones, no huge screens.. And everybody was having a great time. I would be one of the people to buy a 4k LSTNT. Take my money. Yeah the intro is amazing, the way you get all those distance s

If this is the end, I prefer it this way rather than a big farewell tour. Ending as a functioning touring and recording band rather than a nostalgia/last time tour is much cooler.

Quoteflairville Re the split screens, a Blu-ray has the capacity for this to be optional and it should have been IMO. First thing I looked for, unfortunately it's baked into he footage. Even during the talking between songs the editing flicks between 1/3 and 2/3 cutaways, split screen etc, it's like someone discovered an effect on their first day of work. You know the way the Leeds

The Blu-Ray is a frustrating, annoying watch because of the split screen effect. It's constant, and in every song. Totally ruins the experience for me, it takes you out of the gig and feels really jarring. I'm watching on a 77" screen and find it too distracting. Returning for a refund. Really disappointed. Whoever edited this ruined it.

QuoteBig Al QuoteWorriedAboutYou Rod playing Glastonbury 2025, oh dear! Indeed! Glastonbury had some great headliners in the 90's. What's happened? He's in the legend slot, so not a headliner, but yes, I agree that the headliners are weak now. The Cure were brilliant but since then, nothing that great.

Agree with what's been said, awkward, unprepared interviewer who blew the chance of a lifetime, but Keith was so patient, cordial and good natured. He really is a gent. Loved his look here.

Ah they had to ruin it somehow, the splitscreen format is such a distracting viewing experience. Gonna hang fire on this release and wait for impressions to see how annoying it is. Shame.

Playing Beggars Banquet for the first time in ages and I'm just completely floored by how great this album is, the way their sound, playing and songwriting developed for this record is astonishing. 1968! It must have taken people's heads off at the time.
