I'm coming over with the family to NYC this Xmas. I've agreed a project with my 10yo that we'll head around town and find all the locations mentioned in Stones songs, take pictures and write a diary etc. Problem is I can't remember all the songs with references to NYC. There was an IORR thread on this subject years ago but can't find it. Please help! 1. Dance pt 1 - co

QuoteRisingStone I have noticed one thing. The Rolling Stones played the Tokyo Dome 29 times between 1990 and 2014, which has made it the dome they played more often than its cousins anywhere else in the world. Being picky I know, but I count 28 x Dome plus x 1 x Budokan. 1990 x10 1995 x7 1998 x4 2003 x3 (includes Budokan) 2006 x2 2014 x3 Please tell me what I got wrong, I like my d

Quotedrwatts I wish they would still play it! Last played London, Twickenham 2003. I would also love to see this live again. For me it is one of the definitive Stones songs, I can only listen to this on repeat as once is never enough.

No sign of Pit in the pre-sale yet. And then literally one minute later it was there, so I now have a ticket for Pit A. See you in Liverpool!

Quoteshattered1978 One thousand years ago, a "wanc" was a field, "wiese". Now, one thousand years later, some people make Freudian associations with young boys. Okay.... QuoteGazza Quote24FPS Wankdorf Stadium? Come on, that's hilarious. Whats even more hilarious is that the football team who play there are called Young Boys That actually is hilarious. I really fanc

QuoteKerryann There is no option for other country, just USA or CANADA Actually Mexico / Other country as an option for some ticket types, but not all. It is very inconsistent. For example for Cleveland, I can only see Pit via a VIP package...but it can only deal with USA / Canada residents. But other ticket types at same venue don't have this restriction. Figure that one out.

QuoteKeithDaMan Quotemicawber No way to pay for fans outside USA and Canada - waited 31 minutes and now that. I have the same issue, not possible to living outside USA / Canada? Anyone knows a shortcut ? :-) I'm UK but was able to get a pit ticket for Louisville $498. But also trying for Cleveland, but pit only coming up as a package, and only for USA or Canadian residents #inconsisten

Quotemattleeuk QuoteRoom1009 Hey Matt - if it's in a public place, can we pop along to offer support and view progress? Good luck anyway. Bob Yes! The count is taking place at Cafe Amisha on Grange Road in Bermondsey. Anyone is welcome. The whole count is being filmed but it won't make the oscars. Count me in, it's only 10 mins away. Is it an all day thing?

The only time I ever was a roadie was at a Big Country gig, Shepherd's Bush Empire. It was just a few weeks after I saw the Stones there on the same stage.

Great band, saw them live in London last year. Fantastic show, lots of energy. I'm a big fan of the album Midnight To Midnight, especially the track "Shock". But they don't play that so much. Will be great to see them in such a small venue. Enjoy!

QuoteRobertJohnson One of the best tracks in the late years. Really? It's closer to the beginning than it is the end! It's almost 35 years old. I love this song, it was my intro to the Stones as a teenager at the time. Got to see it live in Paris on my birthday in 2007

Still a bit ashamed to confess this, but I've still not listened to Blue And Lonesome. I know some of the songs, but have never yet sat down and played the whole thing to the end. Which is odd for me cause every other album has received my full attention.
