That was an awesome treat. Thank you. I remember seeing quite a few No Security shows, and never missed the young man's blues. He really was very young at the time....and was a total professional, he lost his soul in those notes, and it came through to the audience. :-)

QuoteNICOS That was the first mistake second was that the as--hols parked their bikes in front of the stages, they should what they did in The Hague in '76 set some on H-Angel bikes on fire. Creepy pictures indeed.....although most of the crowd remember this as a regular concert and didn't know what was happening in front The American Hells Angels in California were/are alot to

Great set of interviews. Shows Jagger as he really is, very forthcoming, and open. Like someone said, as long as the interviewer asks intelligent and fun questions, and isn't overwhelmed by MICK JAGGER AND THE ROLLING STONES. I enjoyed that one.

If they perform "barely half of that" we will be lucky. QuoteGazza I dont personally think it'll be a tour anywhere near as long as what we've become used to. I'd be surprised if they play more than about 80-90 shows if its going to run into 2013. And if its just a 2012 tour, it'll be barely half of that.

We had strings in the church, which I had them rehearse and break into JJF during the resessional. The strings then moved up the beach to the reception, and that particular beach has a herd of wild horses from the spanish ships crashing hundreds of years ago....the 5 piece played Wild Horses as we entered. The strings were dismissed, we moved onto the DJ, and our first dance was Sinatra's

Voodoo Lounge, Philadelphia, September 22nd. Amazing show, and POURING with rain. Mick and Keith just stood out there...soaking! It was close to the best show of the tour, I thought. Saw 18 shows that tour. They seemed to be much more intense. They had so much more energy than any band at half their age. I will never forget it. We were all tight down there on the floor, real close, I m

Hard to win with fans sometimes, isn't it,Gazza? QuoteGazza I can be as negative as anyone about the Stones' m.o. in the last few years, but I'm pretty amazed at the reaction to all of this. For the first time ever, the Stones have (or appear to have) done what most of us have wanted them to do, namely sanction an archives release - and theyve gone for a deluxe version

MSG in January 98, it's documented on the bootleg. Sweet Home NYC. The band played Respectable, and Mick sang When the Whip Comes Down...the entire song. A little disjointed.
