Tracks 1 & 3-9 don't even have most of the Stones on them! They're Jagger/Richards tunes with Mick on vocal, but they were originally for others to record. Phil Spector put his crappy sappy production on them, and they're a mess. However, The rest of the tunes are kinda cool.

Hi all, Now first off, I just want to say how great it is that people post so much here, and I think it's great. Once I get a better computer I'll start do do the same. What I'd like to know though is what boots from which tours have the best sound quality. You know, sound board stuff that's crisp and clean. Stuff to make my brother-in-law (fellow stones slave and audio

Hey, I was only ribbing! If the Beatles never broke up they would likely gone the CSN route with their solo stuff. I like some wings and some early harrison, don't get me wrong.

Haven't they substituted Ace Frehley & Peter Criss w/ Spaceman & Cat man imposters, in other words, it's just 80's & 90's Kiss w/ make-up??? I don't hate Kiss, but that's kind of a cheesy thing to do.

rocknola... "when they appeared on "Beverly hills 90210" during the voodoo lounge tour" This is me nodding in agreement. Although that was a while back, and I'd since forgotten. Still, it wasn't like they were actually 'in the show per say'... "Oi, Donna, them yer real cans, luv?". Jagger himself jumped the shark w/ Running Out of Luck.

Apples, Oranges. A band with this much materail can please any mood you have. Instead of saying "Am I in the mood for some Stones?", I say "what Stones am I in the mood for"? They've covered so many era & genres, that choosing live or studio to listen to is yet another variable for what you want. Paris '65... Hot Rocks on vinyl... Brussells... Exile... ABB

This is cool info. I see nothing wrong with taking audio off any DVD's you already own, for your own use (car, home stereo, etc). I've always wanted a CD of the Paris show, thanks for the program info! I'm going to do this with my U2 2001 boston DVD, too.

I can't picture people telling anyone off for wearing any shirt - even a Beatles shirt - at a Stones show! Getting told off at a Who show... geez! Well, maybe Who fans consitutde a lager ratio of tortured angry sods. I mean, I passively dig the Who, but how many Stones songs are about alienation???

I think it has to do with technology, and what an audience member can sneak in. I mean, in 1981, what were ya gonna do, thow a ghetto blaster in your pants? However, smaller tape recorders, hidden microphones allowed audience members to flood the bootlegged market with these inferior recordings. Today it's all done with cellphones!
