I cannot wait for their new studio album. Sonic Temple is one of my all-time favorite Rock albums, and their last one was a great suprise. They've never really done anything bad except for the self-titled techno-ish album. Didn't care for that one. Even Ceremony, I really enjoyed the songs on that one. If, Wonderland, Earth MoFo, good stuff

Love Tusk, the album, the primal sound of the song itself. The whole album is a masterpiece!

Thanks Gazza! So we crossed paths 3x: Hartford 1, MSG Jan '06 1, and Twick 2. Darn shame to have not met - will have to keep that in mind for possible future tours, but live you said...the expensive going over isn't any easier on us, as is being stated in the other post. 2:1 ratio doesn't make for a good use of the dollar, though I so wanted to return to London this year. Mofur - you are dead-on with the lyric! That is from Thru & Thru, one of Keef's greatest compositions.

OMG Gaz! Totally forgot the incredibly forgettable Devils & Dust! I don't think I've listened to that since the day I bought. Sooooooooooo bad!! Well Ya-Ya's is a great live album, which I hated for years, but really dig it these days. The London Years did have some new mixes (Child of the Moon) and songs that were unavailable on CD up to that point...LOL I looked t

Really the Stones own this category! For the Beatles, I'd put Abbey Road - Let It Be, but look at the Stones run here... Beggars Banquet - Let It Bleed - Ya-Yas - Sticky Fingers - Exile Is it any wonder this is the golden age of the band? That's five in a row - surely no other band comes close. But then they re-emerge and almost do it again: The London Years - Flashpoint -

amazon.com actually has the SACDs fairly reasonably priced - about $18 each at the time that I picked up most of em when I read the post about them going out of print. The Japanese ones are more - like $35 for the exact same content/quality as the UK ones, which oddly enough still come with the Japanese writing so not sure what's goin on there. I too love the Japanese pressing - The mini-L

It's funny, KSIE, but I too love the studio version of IORR but don't care for it live. In fact, hearing it kinda diminishes my love for the song.

Wasn't the making of Hurricane available somewhere? I seem to recall watching it...maybe on RS.com?? As for the superbowl, you're probably right Gaz, they probably don't own the rights, which means I'll still have to pick up that stupid DVD.
