Couldn't believe how poor the range of merchandise was that was on sale at SDF Paris on Saturday night.Nothing compared to ABB 06 and all previous tours.Could only see one Paris event t shirt and that did not have anything on the back!. Another sign of the lack of publicity afforded to this tour outside of this board.

Just back from Paris. A truly memorable gig. A brilliant high energy show in a wonderful stadium.Sound brilliant. Gold circle virtually half empty lots of room and great views of stage and plenty beer to be had from bar.Nice to meet bv also. Let's hope the this was not their last performance in SDF.

Met Nils after a gig in Glasgow and must say he is a very nice genuine guy. This took place before the Rising Tour and at that stage Nils wasn't sure if the E Street Band would be going out on the road again! A great guitarist and performer .

Has anyone experienced exiting SDF after a Stones Gig? I am going to the 16th June gig and not sure whether to book hotel in Saint Denis area or in central Paris. Does the Metro system cope with all the fans or does it take hours to clear? Any advice most welcome.

Bob Dylan in fine form last night in Glasgow. Despite the SECC venue , probably the worst setting for a Dylan gig anywhere, Bob once again proved why he remains peerless. A 2 hour show which featured Bob on guitar for the first 4 songs included 6 songs from Modern Times as well as a number of re-worked classics most notably It Ain't Me Babe , It's Alright Ma and Hard Rain's Gonna
