Hi HS, As ever with transcribed interviews,so much meaning is lost when you can't hear how whatever was said, was said...if you follow me! The intonation of a voice can convey so much:indeed a statement can appear b&w when in fact the very opposite meaning was intended. This I have learnt from an early age by listening and reading Peter Townshend's interviews! Cheers, Si.

Hi, Saw Mr. Willie Nelson for the second time in Manchester last YEAR and I'm here to tell you he's still a magnificent artist. Obviously it helps having a slightly partisan crowd to work to,but he radiates humanity, wit and sincerity despite having performed some of these songs 100s of times... Hi Gary, Cheers for that-I was hoping to run into you in The Crown or Robinsons on Saturday afternoon:mind you,for all I know you may well have been in as it was joyously heaving,hah-hah! All the best, Si. The bloke in the black 'This is drum & bass (Moon+Ents)' t-shirt from the Pilot Inn. Still pissed,I think.

Hi, Not much to witter on about, thank goodness. These guys absolutely owned the 10000 people who were lucky enough to be here, and tickets were being touted on Ebay for stupid, stupid amounts. Incredible high-energy stuff, with Bruce expecting and getting effort and reaction from the audience. There were no prisoners taken during the 2 hours 30 minutes either-plugged-in and BAM,BAM,BAM!

Hi cc, If somebody is described as a "70%-er",it means they are steady and consistent, which is how Glen Matlock played. Hope this helps! Cheers, Si.

Hi, Thanks for the kind words chaps! Hello to LQ-I hope you're keeping in rude health too-I wasn't quite as close as we were for the 2nd O2 show,hah-hah-hah! Yep,I would recommend an evening in the noisy company of The Pistols...if possible, see them as close as you dare in a smaller venue-the same rules for any show I suppose,heh-heh! All the best, Si. ps I know about

Hi, Just back from a packed MEN Arena-amazingly The Pistols made it a genuine sell-out,hah-hah! At 9.30pm they marched on to the strains of Dame Vera Lynn assuring us that "There'll Always Be An England",plugged in,took a swig of lager and after John said good-evening and then denounced the Labour government for "...taking this country to war...", away we went-strai

Hello, Saw these guys last night in the down-to-earth surroundings of 'The Muni',in Colne. That's sort of East Lancashire, near Blackburn and it's 100 holes, for the benefit of any shandy-drinkers. Since Ian Dury popped his clogs in 2000 the band have occasionally recruited long-time fan and friend Phil Jupitus to do his best to fill Lord Upminster's shoes, mainly "

Hi HJ, Yep,I realise that the Chicago footage will look and sound 'good',but it's the essential Moon-years stuff in the vaults that we'd rather see. I only hope that in the near future we get a proper release,so to speak! Cheers, Si.

Hello Again, Anyway, last Monday I saw the band again in the fantastic surroundings of the Birmingham Symphony Hall for the last date on their UK tour-in fact it was their last date before legging it back home for a break. Pretty much the same set-list as the RFH show, but believe me when I say this is music from somewhere else-I cannot convey how good they sound! BW was the most animated

Hello, Alright,so it may have been the 12th or 13th time I've seen BW backed by The Wondermints but show me a man who is tired of hearing 'California Girls','Good Vibrations' or 'Fun,Fun,Fun' and I'll show you a git.Or something like that. What a lovely venue the re-vamped Royal Festival Hall is-polite and well-informed staff and more bars than you ca
