I'm just back from watching live in Texas at the cinema and I absolutely loved it. Great sound, great footage, great band. I thought it was awesome. Has anyone else seen it? What did you think?

Ha ha, the Partick strangler. I forgot about that. Teleblaster seemed to get a second wind and returned to the dancefloor to attack us all with his scarf before wrapping it round my head to give me the Keith Richards look. The band were great. I loved their version of tumbling dice in the style of stripped companion / rarities.

A great night with Mick Taylor at the Ferry last year as shown in this video. Mr Apollo 73 at the very start. Who is that, belld or teleblaster? Weebobbylennox, are you going? Any other weegie Stones fans going for a beer?

1) Agree. Tickets will be insanely expensive though, and I will still go. 2) I'm reading Keiths book right now and its good, really good. You should read it. 3) I'm loving Ronnies new album. Never thought he was heading for the exit though. He's cleaned up before and he can do it again. (we all thought the same thing before A Bigger Bang and he carried that tour. Same again o

OK, I've been out to the garage and got my copy of Rock on Wood. Talking about the album Ooh La La, "One of the tracks that never made it onto the album - courtesey of the lead vocalist - was 'It's Only Rock and Roll (But I like It)', conceived by Ronnie and based on one of his own favourite sayings. In the event he recorded this track at his own studio with Jones a

Quotecc Quoteskipstone Not exactly. From 1968 through 1980 the Stones had lots of lefovers for the next album or for an album later one. Exile didn't exactly clear the racks. 100 Years Ago is a Sticky Fingers leftover. Hang Fire and Black Limo were, musically, started during the IORR sessions. hmm, maybe--but by leftovers do you mean recorded? Simply written is a little different... the

Now there's something I hadn't thought of, what's the chances? Considering he's only doing 1 book signing. I'd say very slim. That's better than no chance!

QuoteAddicted Prepare for a shock, then! We all know the legend - but very few people know the fantastic person Keith Richards, husband, father, grand father, uncle, brother in law, son, friend, neighbour and colleague is. The book will give you some clues about who he really is. I think you'll love that person, as much as you love the legendary Keith. Any family would have been fortunate
