Illinois governor Pritzker announced today that a state-wide indoor mask mandate is back on. Before anyone starts disparaging this plan or the governor, let me say I applaud this move and can say most people in Chicago had already been wearing masks indoors at grocery stores and the like for a few weeks now.

ZZ Top had definitely NOT ceased performing in the past several years, other than COVID delays. They have been touring more than ever. I saw them headline Bourbon & Beyond fest in Sept. 2019.
