Very very sad. Specials were a brilliant group. One of the best to come out of that late 70s/early 80s period. V v influential. And then he moved onto Fun Boy Three and Colourfield and....too many too mention over the next several decades. Far far too young. RIP Terry Hall PS...have a listen......

I saw Urban Jungle at Hampden Park, Glasgow in July 1990. Down the front. First time I saw The Stones. Amazing stage and set list. Anticipation and tension before they came on was incredible. An amazing experience and still one of the best.

Urban Jungle Tour 1990 An overlooked tour in my opinion with no live releases - yet !! The gig at Barcelona Olympic Stadium would make a fantastic CD and DVD (with the correct mix obviously by say Mr Clearmountain). Think the original film of the gig (with a few songs sadly removed due to the editors) was broadcast on Sky or similar back in late 1990, and was excellently mixed and edited.
