QuoteHairball QuoteJordyLicks96 I was at the Pittsburgh show during the ZIP CODE TOUR and when they played Doom and Gloom, many people just stood there like "okay I don't care about this newer song." Happened every time I saw it played live, but it's not that great of a song in the first place so it's no wonder the crowd showed little interest. Imagine though if they

Hi everyone, yes, my remixes are technically not true remixes because I do not have the master tracks. To me though, I call them my own self-remixes for fun. I use a program called "AUDACITY" Very easy to find and you can play around with the tracks including pitches, tempo, speed. With MM, I did remove the right channel and my screen recorder folded it into mono.

QuoteGasLightStreet Quotejlowe Let's hope concert tours will feature for some time to come. Clapton said he was scaling back a few years ago but his 2019 schedule is similar to The Stones. Harder for him as a solo Act also. I somehow cant see The Stones putting out records if they are not performing, also. They have always been a Live band foremost, studio second. Except for that brief mi

QuoteGasLightStreet QuoteJordyLicks96 My mindset is a new song or two by the end of the year and the full album out in 2020. Don Was just said that they haven't even picked the songs they want to use yet out of the 20 or so new songs recorded. For my own sanity, I'm not crossing my fingers for anything new anytime soon. Still hoping for some rarities played when I see them at Metlife.

Quote35love So this guy is funny based on how old you are? It was a chuckle the first time I heard it. 2nd time, eh. Not sure a 2 hr. meeting story is funny more than 1x, sorry. No, I'm saying that the show I went to had a lot of millennials so he attracts a lot of younger people. If you don't think he's funny than that's your own opinion lol I went to the show with my

It's John Mulaney not Mulvaney. I was actually at this show last year and I died of laughter during this part. To each their own though if they don't think he's funny. His humor is more on par with my generation than with older ones.

January 10-12, 1977: At Aylesbury Crown Court in London, England, Keith Richards is tried for possession of LSD and cocaine. Mick Jagger and John Phillips are in attendance. Keith Richards pleads not guilty and is found not guilty of possession of LSD but guilty of possession of cocaine. He is fined but no jail sentence is given.

While I completely trust all of the info georgelicks, Rocky and bv have given us, there's also plenty of info about the album that's unknown. Mick knows that it's a shame they haven't put out more new material this past decade. Both he and Keith know that they need to put out a solid album to make up for lost time. This band is past spending months at a time in the studio. I&#

Quotejlowe Even in 1969, Brian was still the most photogenic Stone. I wonder if he realised then, that his time with the group was nearly up. Just a thought....had the US tour been confirmed at this point? I think they knew at that point they wanted to tour the US in the Fall, but Brian could not obtain a working visa. According to "timeisonourside.com" they announced to the press th

Quotegeorgelicks QuoteCJFP You know, Georgelicks has been awfully quiet recently... There's nothing new to report when the album won't be released until 2020 at least, according to some sources the album is about 50/60% done, at least the 18-20 songs the band is working on/off during the last 3+ years, they want to keep working on it until its done right. There's more studio t

QuoteCJFP Germano Studio in NYC is booked for the next few days by a "band from England". I believe that the band is the Stones. They often times record at Germano and it is where they were recording in December and November. Thanks for the cool info CJ. I think they've used Germano for writing and overdubbing. I don't think the whole band records there. I know Keith recorde

I absolutely LOVE that clip. That is one catchy riff. Still, with that Was quote from the article, it still doesn't seem like they know 100% when it'll be done. They must have a bunch of songs picked out if Keith's doing overdubs. I really hope they can pull a new song out on the tour, but again, very unlikely. I'm praying for a new single by the end of the year and the album
