Quotekeefriff99 QuoteRocky Dijon I've never been impressed with Ted as a guitarist or showman, but I detest him because of his obnoxious expression of his politics and views on animals. Tyler and Perry are conservatives, but they are not obnoxious or disrespectful to others. Roger Waters (someone whose views I used to agree with in the past) eventually became unbearable to me as well from th

I did attend the show in my neck of the woods with Jimmy Crespo and Rick Dufay and Aerosmith rocked good and hard and played a selection of tracks from there Rock and a Hard Place album with Jailbait getting quite a good amount of airplay on AOR radio stations and all the hits of Aerosmith and yes it was not Perry /Whitford but they still put on a fi

QuoteMassimo68 Quotegotdablouse Hum...not sure about ordering the Marseille poster now ! Might go for the T-Shirt, it won't (hopefully) get damaged during shipping and its cheaper...and more useful ;-) I found yesterday in my mailbox the Marseille T-shirt in perfect condition (size M was out of stock the day of the show). But look how was the special Olympique de Marseille / RS T-shirt

Quotethecitadel Blind Willie Johnson first recorded Motherless Children. Clapton recorded a great version on 461 Ocean Boulevard. The lyrics caused a great exchange of smiles between Keith and Mick last night That's the guy! Thanks Citadel! He is awesome. I think Leadbelly covered this as well (as did Blind Willie McTell and Mississippi Fred McDowell...I think). Clapton has done a co

QuoteBeast Mick changed the lyrics in Miss You from Puerto Rican to Argentinian girls! Thank you kindly to anyone (Dean?) who can clarify his insert into Midnight Rambler last night. The insert is from an old blues tune called "Motherless Child." I don't know who is given the original credits for this song, but lots of people have covered it over the years (it also is called

QuoteMadMax "Great show, but how can they fix SCB? " Just an intro error, I am more concerned that they let an official Hand Of Fate from Paris slip through despite the fact that Mick screws up the 2nd (or was it the 3rd) verse? The Hand Of Fates from Cirkus or Vredenburg were far superior IMHO. I remember there was an article in one of the tabloids here in late 2003 speculating i

....Just saw this act last night in Provincetown, Cape Cod. Wow. Don't miss it if she comes to your town. Absolutely incredible talent and amazing original arrangements of songs (inc. Wild Horses & JJF). you will not be disappointed. Well worth the price of admissions....as stated: Don't miss out.

Call them. You'll be on-hold forever, but that's the only way. Don't rely on email. They take weeks to get back to you and you just get form emails that are totally un-helpful. I wouldn't just show up at Will Call expecting anything w/o calling them first. You should probably record the entire conversation just in case....and get the person's name & ID # t

How long does it usually take for AXS to send tickets? They state that that tix "may not be received until the week of the event".... is this common? or do they usually ship 'em out in a more timely manner? I am flying from the US and don't want to be sweating it out during the last week (had I know this dumb policy, I would've printed at home, but I like keepin

So while the kids might enjoy their rap music or synth pop or whatever new there is we do still have the one and only STONES. Co-sign (the Bjornulf part, not the Bjorn part)

Would love to get a copy of this show. Anybody got one? I have some good stuff for trade, though I have to go dig it all up to get a list together (and I haven't burned a CD in years, is that still how people do trades?) Stockholm Cirkus 2003 is probably the best of the bunch, if anybody is interested and doesn't have this one Anyway, please let me know. Thanks in advance
