I saw some really, really great Faces shows in the early 1970's....a couple of the best concerts I have maybe ever seen. It would be interesting to see one npw, but sometimes...you just cant go back. I last saw Rod Stewart with the Faces in 1972 (?) but I have to admit that although that show goes down among the greatest of all time for me, i am thinking of going to see this show...he's aged, I've aged...maybe the experience would be worthwhile.

Saw them in 1973 and it was an unbelievable show. Saw them about 8 yrs ago and it was an incredible disappointment...particuarly when so many of the brilliant songs from the early 70's were lumped together in a medley.

My advice ewould be to not plan too specific an itinerary. I spent 3 years travelling around Europe (and then on to India and Nepal, etc) but the beauty is to have no "set" plans.
