Sounds like an excuse to me. More likely it's a physical injury but that doesn't fill promoters with confidence so better to blame logistics.

QuoteBig Al Quotegotdablouse Scheduling conflicts for the first 3 dates are mentioned by this Portuguese media : That seems like a more likely explanation than some sudden "the Stones will never tour again" scenario... First three nights? But why cancel the entire tour? Why not scrap those few dates? It’d have been less work for them. Whatever the reasoning, it’s a shame. Undou

If the rumour stating no tour turns out to be correct it's most likely a health issue, age might have caught up with one of them and maybe that Stone has decided there are more important things to do with their time. I hope Ronnie isn't having to go through another round of treatment, also in recent pictures Keith looks thinner, not always a good sign at his age. Who knows, it'

QuoteGasLightStreet What's your deal with math? It's zero to do with math - read up about promoters and guarantees. How do you not know that? Is it possible to be anymore supercilious.

It's the only track good enough to make me play the album, so i guess that's something. Personally I'd rather play Dirty Work, some real gems on there regardless of the bias shown towards it in iorr.

Quotetreaclefingers QuoteGasLightStreet SFTD and Brown Sugar and Miss You were written by Mick. What are they? Great songs by The Rolling Stones. Someone has to come up with something. Start Me Up and Shattered and She's A Rainbow are Keith, musically. All great songs by The Rolling Stones. However, sure, the gist of some albums are one individual's push and some aspect

Quoteskytrench I love Mick and all that he's done, but he probably works not 'for them' but 'for himself'. Yes, if he didn't care for DW, then it was disloyal to the band. After the 80's Mick seemed to take a different approach. Agree, i don't think it was Mick going solo that upset Keith so much as Mick still spending time on his solo work while Dirty W

Mixed emotions at the Liverpool gig, like me some people in tears at what I was hearing vocally from an 83 year old but also his harmonica playing and piano was as good as ever. That wasn't enough for some so called fans that wanted to film with their phones and expected better lighting.

Quotewindmelody Enjoy the concert with your Mum, Keefriffards, it will probably be very good. Of course Bob Dylan is not a strong man anymore, but the core of his art is glowing. Thank you, it was very good, Bob was great vocally, he seemed particularly animated and into it last night, the band were perfect too. He finished with Every Grain Of Sand ( highlight for me ) and I've never

What isn't happening is Keith following the song structure, so he goes out of key, hence your idea of "perilously close to being out of tu
