Quotealieb just goes to show it don't take much to please us. 3 songs we're not used to hearing in a row and we go ecstatic.Seriously - I wish Mick could get it through his head that by mixing it up even this little, everyone wins. The diehard hans are happy (Or, at the very least, content) with minimal changes like this so long as they're not "expected", and it doesn

Bitch is one of my favourite sticky finger songs (definitely my favourite up-tempo one) but I agree it's not quite the same live... or maybe it was just the crappy periscope feed I was on while watching it Moonlight Mile... Mick is doing a great job of hitting those high no

Quoteforsure QuotePowerage5 I love ADTL and LSTNT, but a two-song rotating slot is weak. I do as well, but doing the math I'm not catching ADTL and moonlight mile till BuffaloBuffalo should be LSTNT if they stick to this strict alternating night thing - ADTL is on odd-numbered gigs, LSTNT on even-numbered gigs. Buffalo is show #14 (Not counting secret gigs).

Quoteweinerdog They have had over 105k in there for football. Those upper levels look like they're in a different zip code Maybe that's the real reason they're calling this the Zip Code tour!

QuoteMisterDDDD Quoterelms And people actually had to vote in a song off the album the other night, Bitch in Minny, not that I believe the song vote thing is democratic. Mick basically admitted it is fake when he said "if you believe that". No Mick we dont. Mick's quote was.. "and this is the first time we're finding out what song it is"... "if you believe

Quotewindmelody The Rio concert was special, but I think that the 2005-2007 shows were among the worst the band ever played. 2007 was shocking, and it has been a pleasant surprise to me, that the band did not end a great career on such a pathetic level.Hershey 2005 was the only gig I saw for ABB (My first Stones show I ever saw too), and I'm by no means an expert on the rest of the tour, but

I originally had tickets near the floor in A3, we got to our seats and couldn't see anything between the sound towers and the massive flagpole at the back of the floor. I asked at guest services and they upgraded me to row 1 of AA24 - first row above the field, about 20 feet from the stage on Ronnie's side. Really amazing seats! As for whether or not it's random, I think it depe

The oldest I have is the Toronto '89 event shirt with the Steel Wheels album cover on the front and show info on the back. The "coolest" I have I'd have to say is the Circus Maximus shirt from the Rome gig last year.

I can post my thoughts now - had torrential rain pretty much from 10 miles north of Columbus the whole 400 mile drive home. Got home about 7:15 and had to be to work at 8:30 for a 10 hour shift...it was a rough day for sure! I'll get my setlist thoughts out of the way first. I won't pretend it wasn't a letdown after seeing the San Diego setlist from last weekend. It was about as

Picked up our LD's, basically lower bowl in the opposite end zone. Could be better, could be worse.

7 I'm worried about time before factoring in the weather - I need to be to work at 8:30 AM on Sunday in Rochester, NY; 6 and a half hours from Columbus. So if traffic getting out of the show is bad enough, I'm looking at basically going straight to work without even stopping off home in between. Factor in possible delays for weather, not looking good

Quotedrbryant Columbus seems like one of the most disappointing from the perspective of ticket sales, considering it's a Saturday. The Kid Rock effect?I don't think it has anything to do with Kid Rock - the openers were only announced what, just over a week ago? That excuse doesn't cover the first month and a half of poor ticket sales.

Quotejasona93 QuoteSend It To me was looking at past set lists for Columbus and the city has already heard Sister Morphine, Moonlight Mile (HOPE THEY PLAY IT AGAIN!), Can't You Hear Me Knocking and Sway from Sticky Fingers. As well as Brown Sugar, Bitch and (I think) Wild Horses. If they pay attention to past arrangements when making setlists, maybe Columbus gets Dead Flowers and I Got th

My only real gripe about the setlist is I don't see why CYHMK and Midnight Rambler both had to be played. Assuming they're still playing CYHMK in around 11 minutes and Rambler in 13-14 mins, those two songs took up nearly a quarter of the show. Now, I love Rambler and it's probably my favorite of the staples they play at every show, but I don't see why not drop it for this tou

Quotestoneslib I think we used up our Lucky Dip karma when we got double pit in Vegas 2013. Since then, 6 pairs have all been rafters.I feel the same since I got pit for Toronto #1 - only time I'd had LD's before this tour. If I have crappy seats for Columbus and Detroit I can't really complain.
