After the "Best Songs Never Played In Concert" thread (started by Tops) got such an illuminating response, I thought this could be the logical next step towards a crowdsourced fan wishlist. It would consist in equal parts of the highest-rated "never played" and what comes up here. We can keep it open and updated in the process. This should be easier to do because we don't need to verify if a song was played or not, but also more difficult because we'd need some earnestness (like if you'd seen a song and thought the rendition was sh*t, don't list it) I'll just start:

I know pretty much any song could be named here, but for statistical reasons it would be best if you'd suggest songs that you didn't get to see while there was a chance that you would. Like you know this song is gonna be in the set eventually, but far from overplayed. Otherwise it gets a little tricky to chalk them up, like Highwire, which we have both here and in the "Never Played" thread.

Amazing what songs folks haven't seen. On your list I have seen 3 of 5 songs. Live With Me and Monkey Man at Giants Stadium 2006 and Whip Comes Down in Toronto 2003.

I know the songs on my list get played every once in awhile, but somehow I have always missed them.

As I recall, this was winning the web vote for the Syracusr 98 show scheduled to take place in January. Sadly, the show was postponed to April and I got a horrendous Star Star instead.

Only 16 posters were involved so far in this attempt at constructive setlist criticism.

Is this for when you saw the Stones and they didn't play said songs or if you haven't seen them since you saw them? I think I got to hear all the songs I wanted to, especially on the VOODOO tour (Shattered, Monkey Man, Love Is Strong, I Go Wild, Street Fighting Man, The Worst, Out Of Tears, Tumbling Dice, All Down The Line, Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo - even though it was horrible!) as well as STEEL WHEELS (Midnight Rambler, Almost Hear You Sigh, SFTD, Gimme Shelter, 2000 Light Years, Sad Sad Sad, Harlem Shuffle... I wished I didn't have to hear Rock And A Hard Place but oh well!). I dug the new songs on both tours.

The premise is that you actually attended shows. You obviously had songs in mind before they hit the stage, but you didn't get to hear all of them. So if you happen to be at another show, some of that might come back to stay with you until you DO hear them. My goal is to get an average of songs they could feature more frequently, so to speak.
