Instead, we saw a Keith that was energized and engaged. His eyes were wide open and alert throughout the show and his playing was inspired. Pe

I think it's much more embarassing, they weren't able to type the correct setlist, including Honky Tonk Women, for publication on their official homepage. It's still wrong. (not on the photo, but in the text of the post, rollingstones.com)

Quotefahthree The setlist itself looked so much better during the Michael Cohl years -- this looks like something a high school kid did on Microsoft Word. LOL, finally there's something new to complain about: The layout of their setlists is boring.

I try to conclude something from my experimental counting. Could it be, that Silver Train is a song mainly older fans voted for, who maybe to a high amount don't use Twitter or Facebook, so they after all ended up to be the majority that wasn't on Facebook and Twitter alone? An additional idea would be, that the only poll they use is the one on their homepage and that all this voting

Quotemaradona QuoteStrawberriesBlueberries Quotemaradona As you did not only leave out the votes on the homepage but also the ones on YouTube, I really doubt ANYONE of the band will make an effort to get the "true" result. Hey, they are playing YGMR now and it doesn't look like it's the winner song! So they play it nevertheless, see, they don't mind. So we might get IYCRM (my prediction) or Silver Train (I hope for the Taylor fans) as winner.

Quotegotdablouse YGMR ?! Shows the fandom level of those attending/paying attention at this point in the game, but then that's why the Stones still play to large audiences... If it will really be the winner, I don't know of course, see my reservations above. It is also possible, some people liked and shared a certain 'song picture', because he/she simply liked the image and

Quoterockdoc8885 I was at this Philly show and there is NO way Dead Flowers won the vote. No Expectations was way out in front, but Brad Paisley was in the house so they "allowed" Dead Flowers to win. I agree with other posters, put some of the warhorses in the vote and see which ones are played and which are deleted. That would prove interesting. Say, Honky Tonk Women, Paint It,

On Twitter, if I add together the "Favorites" and "Retweets", If You can't Rock Me and Silver Train have been about equally voted for and are leading. Followed by You Got Me Rocking. So, if I consider both Facebook (IYCRM: 8031, YGMR: 6.879, ST: 6723, ADTL: 6716) and Twitter at the moment, it still looks very much like If You Can't Rock Me will be the winner song. I

Quotefahthree I don't put much stock into Chuck's diary as a historical record. My first question was when did Katy request to sing Beast? I'm guessing it wasn't that day as her appearance wasn't spontaneous. The inclusion of Beast on the web vote for that show was probably motivated by her desire to sing it. Was the web vote still open when Chuck did the run through wi

Quotefahthree Quotehockenheim95 do you really think the only ones who vote are the real hard core fans who attended hundreds of shows? of course I have voted for silver train but I think most of the people who vote here don`t know the song. I don`t think this poll is faked. There are simply more people who vote that don`t know every song... I think they manipulate the vote sometimes. How ironi

On Facebook (the Likes) at the moment it looks as though If You Can't Rock Me will win. It's followed by You Got Me Rocking and then Silver Train. Of course that's just the likes on Facebook. I voted on their website for If You Can't Rock Me (my favourite of the list, not played recently) and then again for Silver Train (because of Taylor), but I'm not sure, if the second

QuoteToru A QuoteStrawberriesBlueberries Did somebody at least make an AUDIO recording of Gimme Shelter, Bitch and Slipping Away? Taylor's backing chorus was just beautiful from the 3:50 mark. That's very nice of you, thanks!!! I can't hear Taylor's backing chorus singing, sadly, because of too much reverberation (hope that is the right word) for me to hear this detail.

It's quite fun to think about that. I reckon, Ronnie would be fine. Maybe you like also one of these? Jumpin' Jack was among my ideas, too, as well as all bandmembers' names. Somehow female names would be easier. Woody Johnny B. Goode Heartbreaker Happy Honky Tonk StarStar Devil Whiskey (if it's a brown dog; Brown Sugar might sound like female?) Jack Daniels Yes

Quoteerikjjf QuoteStrawberriesBlueberries I had not noticed before, but they didn't play Honky Tonk Women, according to their official website. Is this typical for a Japanese set or unusual? They did play HTW in Tokyo. I didn't compare with the live Twitter report and couldn't remember, but thought it was strange. So the official website forgot HTW in the list.
