Quotetumbled This is Rita, the woman who was blind came to concerts and went to the Judge in Keith's defense in his arrest in Canada and saved him from jail. Keith's 'blind angel' Great shot. So touching they have, in a fashion, kept in touch.

Yeah, what WOULD The Stones know? After all these years.....if WE can tell Darryl's a dud, surely THEY should be able to. Considering how successful as RnR bands/musicians WE all are, it's about time The Stones listened to us. They obviously need some guidance.

Am I the only one that thinks Following the River is a better song? It's stupendous. Plundered is nice, but a wee bit clumsy sounding in the lyrics to me...just the word "plundered" ... doesn't roll off the tongue.... Following the River, GREAT song!

Just got TOKYO CD and DVD a week. For a tour that was in support of Steel Wheels, and a tour that I never saw live shows of, given the somewhat 'sterile and thin' sound of the album, the CD and DVD of the Tokyo show has real punch! I like the sound a heap, except for Sad, Sad, Sad...which truly IS Sad, Sad, Sad to my ears! And that's a great, dare i say it?, under-rated vers

QuoteDandelionPowderman After all, when looking at this a bit more analytically, there are wrong key changes (Bill) on the Ya Ya's version, which doesn't happen on the other versions + the vocal crescendos are missing on the Ya Ya's version. If you care about stuff like that, which I'm sure that many do when they rate a version, I'd say you're a good listener, no

Stay Cat Blues ranks as my favorite Stones live track ever, from THIS album. The tempo, timing, build and sheer menace of it. Splendidly stupendously salacious. The grinding of the riff in the final minute or so.... Good grief. The snarl and the snap of Jagger... Nothing comes close. This album should get 11/10 BECAUSE of this song alone. Add in Sympathy and its twin solo attacks, a driving J

Just received my copy from Italy of the bootleg Swans Sails and Ozzie Ales, the 2 Perth Arena Shows from Oct/Nov 2014. Great recordings. Great memories. Great shows. GREAT package. Mick Jagger 'whispering" to Mick Taylor at the beginning of Midnight Rambler in the intro of the second show...this recording obviously comes from his mix somehow, Jagger is very prominent, not overly, jus

The least satisfying, yet simultaneously an absolutely ESSENTIAL component of Exile. RAMSHACKLE perfection, that probably took them forever to get to sound so totally off the cuff! Love it.

Although of course I'm still confused who the good guys and the bad guys are and I have to smile because after all that analysis the narrator admits: "So as it stands now, there are lots of different groups and outside countries involved

At Ponderosa Stomp in 2007, he was shaking hands with fans in the restaurant area of the NOLA House of Blues and made a point of walking all the way around my group's table just to shake my hand. What a class act! Not only a suit, but he had a habit of wearing SLIPPERS on stage!!!! Wh
