Best of all time??? It's not Dylan at all. He's not in there. He's not in there if the rule was only one album per artist either. If that was the rule it would be like: Sticky Fingers. White Album. Heroes. .....and so on. Dylan wouldn't be in my top 10 at all. Furthermore if the rule was no limit of albums per artist the Stones would fill the top 5 alone easily.
