It was not a Jazz crowd tonight and after 3 songs many of them lost interest. Talking and shouting at the back was so loud, it was annoying. I don't know what people had expected. Chuck came on at the end and got the house rocking with his kind of music. He played Tomato Jam from one of his albums, an Allman Bros. track, and a blues track. Walked and drove through Columbus today. What a sleepy town! So little people on the streets, It feels like a Sunday. Nothing like San Diego, which was Rolling Stones crazy on Memorial Day weekend.
