QuoteJessForte I'm thinking of going from Vancouver Canada. Only problem is I'm a teacher and last day of school is June 24, so earliest I can get into Gatwick is 11:30am June 25...would that be enough time? (I can't do the next weekend as I'm getting married and my bridesdude already planned my Bachelorette for me that weekend...) Google Maps is showing an approx 50 min tra

Anyone coming into HP1 from Essex? I'd prefer to get a coach straight to HP as there's always a terrible rush for trains at the end of the show. National Express don't seem to be doing anything for BST @HP. Has anyone used an event travel company before?

QuoteBBrew Gold circle East X 2. I only received email from axs, and it is stated on my accoun that the tickets will appear later. Is that OK? I’m guessing you created an AXS account during your purchase? Download the AXS app to your phone, login with your account details, go to Your Tickets section, then Upcoming and you should see the HP Stones show with “Ticket delivery is pending”. Hope th

Quotepaulywaul QuoteTopi Hyde Park 1 Diamond VIP was the toughest one so far, but I got a pair. Declined my credit card at first but I was able to complete the purchase using another card. Phew! I had no problem, I refreshed the screen just once - and up it came. Easy, it was all over about 15 minutes after the presale started, that was the shortest queue ever. So, Diamond Pit for me on 2

QuoteDan QuoteHairball Would have been nice if they played an actual stadium in London in addition to (or instead of) the massive/meandering outdoor field setting of Hyde Park. Those outdoor shows always seem to be a quagmire of sorts, but I imagine it will be fun nevertheless. I'm guessing they won't be able to use their own stage and/or their giant screens? Looking at the 2 lar

Quotegeorgelicks Quotedcba QuoteTheGreek This is a great point and goes with Experience Hendrix as well. Very few non-Boomers will buy these rarities physical deluxe packages, and that’s where the companies make their money. It’s like they don’t understand the market. Exactly , as if they don't understand they are leaving $ behind ! Jagger must have come to the realisation that comp

QuoteS.T.P QuoteFather Ted Quotekevinkamphuis Honestly only interested in live material from Mick Taylor era. Let’s pray we finally get a proper 1972 live album release. At least some concerts were recorded on 16-track multitrack Same mate. A box set of the Philadelphia concerts including the Stevie Wonder performances would be a dream come true! Wouldn’t that be something?! Maybe some vide

Quotedaniel t This is page # 494 on the topic of a Stones' new album... Can't believe people still think there is going to be a new album. The constant recycling of rumours about a non-existent album have been a great way to keep interest up in the band.

What could have been an opportunity to showcase new live content has been lazily squandered on hawking the same old studio tracks for the billionth time.

Who knows what the totality of their unreleased archive is? We don’t know what we don’t know. The remaining undeluxed albums probably aren’t worth the time or effort to reissue. I think the best bang-for-buck is an anthology series, maybe decade by decade, with a mix of studio, live audio and live video material.

Voodoo Lounge was a "return to form", but only if you believed the hype machine. If the best stuff made it to this tepid album, the leftovers aren't worth my time. Now an outtakes anthology of their post-1989 material would be a far more interesting prospect.

They didn’t stop after Brian died. He was a founding member who was replaced. The replacement was also later replaced.

QuotePaddy Only Mick, Keith & Ronnie know what has been happening for the last few weeks. It seems they made some plans accordingly with Charlie’s blessing (Steve Jordan) so we don’t know what other plans may have been made. Yep, it's possible they've made an agreement as to what would happen to the band if someone died or retired.
