It is entirely right that any potential side effects of these vaccines are investigated thoroughly and transparently. It does seem a strange paradox to me though, that on the one hand European countries are highlighting their safety concerns with Astraveneca but the EU is also preventing the company from honouring its contracts with the UK by blocking their supplies to us until they have supplie

Quote24FPS QuotePietro If you want to know what's really going on here and how Woody Allen is being railroaded, you can read this blog post by Moses Farrow, one of the couple's adopted children. He writes, "...given the incredibly inaccurate and misleading attacks on my father, Woody Allen, I feel that I can no longer stay silent as he continues to be condemned for a crime he did n

Quotetommyturbo76 “I met a gin-soaked bar room queen in Memphis...” I still think it is one of the best lyrics ever. In 10 words you are transported into another world Springsteen-style. 100% agree. The most genius opening line ever.

QuoteGreen Lady As much as I enjoyed the O2 shows in 2007, I think the post-2012 shows were better. Totally agree. I seem to remember I was next to you at the O2 in Nov 2012. Their performance was a revelation after a long gap.

It's hard work running a busy site like this and he's done it with dedication and good sense for years. People should have respect. Thanks BV for all you do.

QuoteBeast Can't help feeling sorry, for want of a better word, for all the decent Americans being tarred by the brush of the embarrassing and shameful abomination that is their President. I hope but doubt that Mike Pence has the guts to do what it takes to impeach him, in which case I hope that he's arrested at one minute past midnight on 21 January, though the rumour is that he's

Stonking commentary by Colbert. Good point re Trump promising he would walk with them. His followers are too stupid to understand how they are being used.

It was and is horrifying but the logical conclusion to everything Trump has openly incited and encouraged for years. Those who support and enable him and spread the lies and hate he peddles can't pretend they aren't part of this.

I was there nights 1 and 3. I really believed it was the last time they would perform - I'd never seen the kids and grandkids up on stage before, so it seemed like the end of an era to me. Glad I was wrong.

I'm wearing the t shirt and loving the double CD. Amazing achievement to get another No 1 this late in the game. I'm proud of them and grateful for so many years of music.

Quotestickyfingers101 QuoteEddieByword QuoteGasLightStreet This article is excellent about a part of it (can someone please explain just what the hell this word "maths" means? Who the hell talks like that? Maths? WHAT THE HELL IS MATHS?): Funny......the first time I heard the expression 'math', I thought, "listen, forget the maths mate, you wanna learn to speak Eng

Quotetiffanyblu Actually the live stream proved to quite a revival for our boys: * Charlie and Charlies airdrum both went viral and draw attention in media * All four was on the top 40 most googled during the weekend (Mick on an impressive place #5) * Articles/journalists agree that Stones performance was top notch. Even bad reviews about the gala wrote that the ”Stones stream” was top class

Mick was in very good voice and it was lovely to see them all. It was a decent song choice for the circumstances.

He was clearly quite emotional at moments in that reading. He seems to be in a good place these days with his family. Sally has been the right woman at the right time.

Very happy to hear they are back and it was a great show. Especially to see Mick fit and healthy. The clips I've seen he looks more like his brother Chris than ever before. I do miss Keith's headband.

Quoteimsohotforher Mick actually had his surgery and is recovering in London. His “people” and media are trying to throw off fans and publishing info about NYC. I have reliable sources in London that saw him at Royal Brompton hospital in London. Anyone else? Yes.

QuoteGJV QuoteGreen Lady Still here, watching new people having the old arguments - don't often feel I have anything new worth saying. For me most of the time if I say something nobody responds, if later somebody, who is one of the IORR innercrowd guys, is saying the same thing on the next page and people react like he is saying "the best thing ever told", and if that happens mo

I have a very soft spot for "Some Girls" because it was my first Stones LP. It was a revelation for this till then disco-mad teenager brought up in a Beatles and Merseybeat household. Never deviated from Stones love since then. But firmly in the LIB camp if I could only own one LP or have to recommend one as the best intro to my heroes.
