Exactly bye bye johnny! They are trying to scare people from buying tickets on stubhub. If the tickets are still for sale, what does that tell you? Cutting room might have a legal problem trying to enforce this after the tickets are already in circulation. 50% of the tickets purchased could be from third parties. In the end I think everyone will get in.

Quotemnewman505 wuh??? this is going to be a massive clusterf*ck! Uhhhh seems like the venue was completely unprepared for an event with this kind of demand. If it was going to be a will call only paperless show from the beginning then they should have just done that. Once the cat is out of the bag and tickets are already in circulation you simply can't do this. They could run into some lega

I believe they are behind the tables. You will be able to see. I heard seating capacity is 200 ? The cutting room says stubhub is issuing refunds to buyers. What if the buyer already has the ticket? Do they have to mail it back to stubhub? How does the seller get the ticket back?. This seems like a lot of confusion. They may have some legal problems. This will be a great show!

Hi Aquamarine, Another poster called the venue and the first two rows are VIP. GA Seating is behind VIP and to the left and right. The Cutting Room stated there are no obstructed views anywhere. The Cutting Room should have stated all of this in the beginning before purchasing tickets. They are going to cause some problems. I deleted my confirmation email since I have my tickets in hand. I

QuoteBig Ed The Cutting Room is now not accepting anyone in who bought tickets on Stub Hub. They recommend you get a refund from Stub Hub. Nice this way the true fans will have more tickets in inventory to buy at face value. Looks like the Sclapers will not make money and thats good for all of us fans!!! What's a true fan? Can you define it? If someone buys a ticket

Quotekleermaker Quotesvt22 It's all speculation. We should remember that the Stones have been very successful without Mick Taylor for about 40 years. They don't need him from a financial and musical point of view. It depends on how you define successful. In terms of money and mass attention yes, but musically no way. At least to my musical ears. So from a musical point of view they ne

If they play SFTD for 18 minutes I'm hoping he will be included. I may be flying into London if the first show is like this! Do you have a link?

I would like to hear SFTD as well with Taylor. I don't care for the modern day version. Maybe we will get lucky and hear Love in Vain.

It is about feeling and emotion. I love the way he plays on this version, he plays off the original and creates some new sounds as well. Exciting but dangerous! That's what I like about him, you don't know what he will play. He can still play though, maybe they will work him in more if the tour continues. If so, I think Taylor will even play better. I am not looking for 72 tour days t

Quotekleermaker Can't You Hear Me Knocking Although the sound mix isn't very good I like this version. It seems like he plays a little closer to the original recording. I don't want it to sound like that exactly, but this has a blend of everything. Listening to it once, I think it is up there with the LA show. I was at Chicago 2 and Philadelphia 2. Hopefully, we will ge

Quoteschillid JUNE 18... On June 18, 2013 the Rolling Stones will play in Philadelphia. Exactly 41 years before that, on June 18, 1972, I was fifteen years old, and had camped out overnight with a friend at the Spectrum to get tickets to see the Stones later that summer. (Still can't believe that my parents let me do that...) On June 18, the day before tickets were to go on sale, we ha

QuoteHis Majesty Quotekleermaker A pity you can't hear the adventurous beauty of the journey Taylor shows us. A dangerous, risky journey, but oh well, exciting and daring all the way. Of course I hear some thoughtful adventurism, but I also recognise when it's just bluffing, a player uncertain of what he's doing. Seems he only needs to play some modal-esque stuff and people l

Quoteschillid Blackdog, sorry that you couldn't make it to the show because you weren't feeling well. However it is awesome that you again surprised a fellow Stones fan by giving him/her those tickets. Hey, at least you didn't miss the Stones playong any songs with MT that you haven't heard them play already. And as I wrote above, Toronto #2 was a step in the right directi

BV, not everyone thinks it's a competition. I understand he is a guest, but he is also a former Stone of 5 1/2 years. If the music feels good when he's out there why not let him play? After all, isn't it about the music? It's about having a good time and playing what feels good. It is clear as day the music is elevated with him on stage whether it's a solo or playi

I was at the show in Toronto. I was hoping Mick Taylor would appear for a few more songs. The concert was good in my opinion but not great. I went and got a beer during IORR. Carrie Underwood can sing but I don't understand why they need all of these guests. I am going only to see Mick Taylor. I have Chicago (31st), Toronto (6th) and both Philadelphia concerts. My take is Mick Taylor
