Am I really the first one here to reveal that I share my birthday with a Rolling Stone? Charlie Watts turned 26 on the day I was born. It's quite an experience to hear 75.000 people sing "happy birthday" when it's your own. (Stones concert in Groningen, 2 june 1999)

I have to agree with Lorenz. After you fixed this problem try to switch to linux, I did it a couple of months ago and am very happy, no firewall or anti-virus installed and noooo problems. QuoteDavid Neali like the fact that in the future you will be able to rent a movie for 3 bucks and it will be on your computer for 30 days..no discs to deal with. I like Macs too but don't like the 'no disc' idea at all. Why should I pay (rent) for something I already own. And it wouldn't suprise me if the rentals are exclusively available at some Apple service (Itunes?). Be

The problem with Bono is that he takes his good causes with him on stage. In november of 2005 I saw U2 for the first (and last) time in my life. I paid a lot of money and expected to see a good show. What a disappointment it was, at least 1/4 of the show was lost on Bono yabbing about this and that 'good cause' at some point there was even a silence for 2-3 minutes while the declaration

Who cares about U2? I saw them last year for the first (and last) time in Montreal. I paid quite a few bucks for a band that I think is just ok. And I expect to get value for my money, wich means a good show. Instead we got a lot af preaching from Bono about this and that "good cause". It is not to say that I don't agree with him, but I don't want to hear that stuff when I p

I read the book and just out of curiousity I will see the movie. All the protests and negative publicity is just pathetic though. catholics (christians) make trouble for nothing about a movie and a book, muslims make trouble about a few drawings... the world would be so much better without any religion..

They missed you Potted Shrimp, de garnalenvissers?? Anyway...we're getting carried away here. My only point is that the seal hunt is a Canadian affair. As far as I know McCartney is not a Canadian nor does he live in Canada and thus he should keep his nose out of Canadian business and mind his own.

McCartney should keep his mouth shut and mind his own business. A lot of people depend economically on the hunt and if the hunt would stop it would mean disaster for the ecosystem. There would be no fish left if the seals would reproduce uncontrolled. Just like other wildlife (deer, moose, bears, etc) here in Canada is being controlled by hunting. Of course non of the McCartney fans here depe

Hide your camera in a strategic place and make sure to get in the line where a person of the opposite sex does the searching. I had no problem getting it inside during the Montreal show, while they were clearly searching for cameras. And a note to Valeswood: You don't need a flash for the light. You only need it, with an automatic camera, to make sure that the shutter doesn't stay o

They now have seats on the field in Europe? And they sell FOS seats seperately? Lame, lame, lame. First of all I think the floor or field should always be general admission, including the FOS section. If you want to see them from up-close, you just have to be there on time and spend some hours in front of the gates. That is how I got in the FOS section twice (Groningen 1999 & Rotterdam 2003
