Obviously the FromTheVault website has been defunct for a while now, but is there anywhere/any way I can still download MP3's of any of those shows? (LA Forum '75, Hampton '81, et al.)

I really enjoy the Leeds '82 version. Keith's playing is sharp and Bobby & Gene Barge kill it on the outro.

What exactly made the Philadelphia shows such a mess? I hear them often referred to as pretty poor shows but for what reason?

Beast of Burden was good. I like the bit they added at the end where Mick and Bernard go back and forth. Keith's constant half-playing of the riff gets on my nerves bit, though. Worried About You was fantastic, as always. The amount of passion Mick puts into performances of this song amazes me.

The Leeds performance is one of my favorite performances by the Stones in their history. The guitar work on here is just phenomenal (especially by Keith). I can't believe the frantic pace in which songs like Twenty Flight Rock, Let Me Go, and Satisfaction are played. I bet Charlie's arms felt like they were going to fall off after the show. Hampton is good and they get in some fantas

The Rolling Stones are about to begin their new tour...insane that were still able to say something as cool as that after all these years.

Wouldn't be surprised to see them incorporate Moonlight Mile into the set, seeing how great it was and how often it was played during the Zip Code tour

Keith is capable of playing great wasted...Woody not so much. This show is evidence of that.

Just finished my viewing of the show. Holy crap. I've never seen a band match the energy the Stones were putting out there, particularly from Brown Sugar through Satisfaction. They went @#$%& next level. I also think this show contains one of the best versions (if not THE best) of Imagination the band ever did. The only negative I have is (you guessed it) the camera work, which is truly atro

Wow. I enjoyed UNDER THE INFLUENCE way more than I expected to. Watching him jam in the studio with Steve Jordan, Waddy, and others was such a treat to watch. And hearing him speak on subjects like his love for country music was so interesting to hear.

As much as I'm stoked about the upcoming Leeds '82 release, the poor camera work from that show is a bummer. So many damn close-ups.

They would never do it, but an Undercover Deluxe with alternate versions and outtakes. If not, Emotional Rescue Deluxe would be cool.

What was up with Keith during this show? His "solos" in SFTD and Satisfaction were kinda bizarre..

I was at the Petco show and don't let anyone fool you--the gig was incredible. Don't know if anyone cares for a review at this point, but here A few thoughts: --Many people on this board are tired of the warhoses (and rightfully so), but when they were played at Petco, the crowd went crazy. So I understand the band's decision to keep them in the setlist. The show would feel inco

I was at the Petco show and the guitars were insanely loud, which is the way I like it. When Keith hits that chord after the first "Pleased to meet you" in SFTD, the volume of his guitar is jolting. As for Ronnie, he was nice and loud in the mix as well, and his tone was great. No more of that thin, flimsy Stratocaster sound he had from '94-'07.

QuoteTIRED Quotewellalright a VIP corporate gig. would you expect anything less at this point? all of it so misleading--the faux twitter thing, the non-periscope event, the weird ticket "sale" - whoever works with the Stones on this crap is just so out of touch.and sadly, almost no buzz about this event today--no online trending, nothing. Old men playing by old rules, sorry. I'm su
