I was in a group that were told we could support Bill Wymans Rhythm kings T the Holmfirth Picturedrome in 2008. Sadly it all fell apart on the day. We got free entry to the show as a consolation. The moment Eddie Floyd burst onto the stage (I had not known he was involved) is one of my favourite ever moments in a gig.

My condolences to friends and family. It gives me pause, to think that a character in the Stones story like Stanley Booth, preserved in my mind as his much younger self, was in a nursing home somewhere.
