I was very excited to see this finally released on CD in the singles set but much to my chagrin they botched it up and it has some defective skip in the beginning of the song. I was told about replacement discs and they sent me one but it also had the skip! It's like an extra beat or something. This is the version...

Beatles win as far as awesome boxed sets - I really like the new Abbey Road set and didn’t even bother with Let it Bleed.

Wow - just got it today, what a crying shame that we couldn't have something like this for "Let It Bleed" I'm only a few songs in on the sessions discs and reading the awesome book - this is money well spent if you have any interest in this band and this album.

Quotejlowe QuoteLynd8 I'm sure the Stones probably have some blame too - Mick never really seems to thrilled to go back to this stuff. I guess in defense of that though, most of these rarities have been around for years and probably because the Stones let some of them leak out, so I guess we should just be happy to have them although they are not as great sounding as they might be. Quoteash Like I said in my post re archival releases, much as I want to blame ABKCO (and they don't put good info in their cd's), they are legally hamstrung by the legal situation from the 70s. I also seriously disagree with your labelling the mop heads as inferior. The Beatles and The Stones are both @#$%& brilliant. Oh, I love the Beatles and they were brilliant. And I'm

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen at Abkco: Thank you so much for botching it up again! After completely blowing it with the Beggars Banquet 50th anniversary set, you have outdone yourself and botched this "Let It Bleed" opportunity as well! Thanks so much, I will now have enough money to go buy a legitimate boxed set by that other band (the inferior one) called The Beatles, who are releas

They should re-release and leave "Let's Work" off of whatever lame-ass album it was on LOL

I liked the Exile set. SG was good but could have been so much better... SF could have been MUCH better. It seems like they put less effort into each one. If they can't be bothered, They should just release the tracks with re-recorded vocals and fixes etc..- especially the great 60's stuff.

I'd like them to come to my local bar! quote=HMS] I am scared to death - a new live album is going to be released these Days, "Roger Daltrey - The Orchestral Tommy", recorded in 2018. That´s completely new to me. Goodness me. At least it´s not billed as THE WHO. I don´t know what leads them to think they could sell out the hugest stadiums these days. People are no longer wi

QuoteAlmostHearYouSigh London Calling - always on greatest album ever lists. I bought it 15 years ago, played it and never opened the CD case ever again. Not sure why this is considered a great album. Was it something unique at the time - like punk? This is just one man's opinion. Give it another couple tries - this us truly a classic in THIS nan’s Opinion. The variety of music on this

This was the first time I ever passed on a Rolling Stones release. I had every song on CD already except a few remixes that I didn't really care about. I was super excited that "Think I'm Going Mad" was finally officially released on CD and then found out it had that bad edit or error in the beginning of the track!

I really wished they could have snuck a few extra live rarities on there. Since they we were really willing to cherry pick from a few different years I would have liked to see a few from the O2 Arena in 2012. "Lady Jane" and "I Wanna Be Your Man" sounded pretty good on the bootlegs.

I know - they always copy the Beatles LOL C'mon guys - We need a definitive "anthology" series, a video clips compilation and a 50th anniversary Let It Bleed - done as well as "The White Album"

I recently heard a few of these songs at a wedding - the groom was a big fan and I'm a fan now too - this guy is pretty spot on for a classic 50's sound. The second track below has a great Bo Diddley tremolo sound. Great job with "Carol" below too.. let me know what you think.
