Quotedcba QuoteRollingFreak QuoteLynd8 Does anyone think we'll have a shot at the 2002 Palais Gig getting released? Thats such a @#$%& phenomenal setlist. Yeah but it was a poor beginning-of-a-tour performance.. I think you mean "On the stage, the band's got problems, they're a bag of nerves on first nights"!

Does anyone think we'll have a shot at the 2002 Palais Gig getting released? I couldn't believe my ears when they played "Heart of Stone" and "Torn and Frayed"

Quoterogerriffin The only Official reléase was on Rock'n Roll Circus, cd, dvd, bluray... Oh yes - thanks! This 2002 version is pretty cool though - hopefully they dig into those 2002 shows a bit more. "She Smiled Sweetly" also sounded pretty cool.

Wondering if this gem was ever released live? I have a pretty good boot from the 2002 tour and wanted to know if it's available on any of the recent DVDs, Blu or CDs. I think this version is from Orpheum Theater (also has a cool "Brand New Car" which I don't think was released officially ever live either?

I really like this outtake also - I just recently played a bunch of stuff from Voodoo Brew and Stew and wow - what an awesome set of alternate takes and outtakes that set was! I hope we get more of that stuff now that we are entering to 50 year mark of recordings they don't have to deal with Abkco to release.

I really, really doubt the Stones will continue without Charlie and even 10-15 years ago, same thing. Having said that, there are some caveats - if the band got together and said let's do an album and a tour, and they completed the album and booked a tour and then a few weeks before the tour started, Charlie changed his mind, I think they maybe would have considered touring (like previous p

I've been really, really enjoying these new" tracks over the past 5 days, in fact I hadn't been listening to our boys for a few months and this set of songs put me on a binge and I think I have listened to every studio album from the 60s and 70s and most of the 80s (I have not played Dirty Work or Undercover LOL) but I've been thinking.... If this is truly not Abkco'

Quotelem motlow I’ve never understood why they ignore the 60s,for the most part, before 68.of course you get Paint it black, and the odd Ruby Tuesday, and of course satisfaction but you could make a great set list from the must do cuts added to the early work. Does anyone really think those generic RAWK albums like Bigger Bang and Voodoo could come close to Aftermath or Decembers Children ? The

I'm wondering why the Stones have never played this great song live. It's been featured in many movies; covered by Chris Farlow, The Bee Gees, Joe Strummer and others. For me it's one of top tier songs from Aftermath and always liked it especially since it was featured in the opening credits of the Vietnam film - "Coming Home". At least the Bee Gees played it live L

Hi there, Looking for a good sounding copy of this song from the 2012 show(s). There's a Newark performance on you tube which is pretty bass heavy. [email protected] om

Thanks to my long lasting longevity pills I'm finally able to hear the outtakes from 1960s because The Stones/Abkco finally gave us what we wanted after 80 years LOL

Quotefrankotero Lynd8, without going into dissecting detail I believe your post is spot on. Indeed a very nice effort but not in their best works in my opinion. That doesn't mean it's not good as some might want to interpret these type of comments. I don't expect to do my best work when I'm 75 LOL - I hope I do things this good though. I've kept playing this disc ever

I've withheld judgment of this new Who CD for a few days as I wanted to give it a fair try. After the first two listens I liked about half of it and upon a couple more listens I really think it's a pretty good album. For me it's still ludicrous to try and rank it among albums you have listened to 20,30,or 50 years, so I am not going to try. I ended up buying the Japanese edition

"She's A Rainbow" really needed offical release live - this was the first time! Quoteslewan they should have picked another song – She's So Cold from the very same show would have been a far better choice. Rainbow is some kind of very silly children's song to me (especially the uhlalah-part)
