They actually sold that image on a shirt during the Bridges tour. I think it said "Happy Keith" on the shirt.

I enjoyed it for what it was. It was better than a sharp stick in your eye. But even with all th eunseens footage it still comes off like a puff piece. Will there never be anything like the Beatles Anthology? It's very fashionable in docs now to not show any talking heads and use that choppy editing. I miss the talking heads. You need to see a human face sometimes to connect.

QuoteGravityBoy QuoteKeefintheNight82 Oh I see, you think most of the sex with Jimmy Saville was consentual (because they wanted to be close to a celebrity) and now the victims/nymphos want a piece of his estate. Actually we'll never know properly because he's dead and can't defend himself. But anyway... did you accuse me of strawman arguments? Funny. QuoteIn fact, blaming

Quotegimmelittledrink Sex berween a 40+ year old man and an underage girl is by definition 'forced and manipulated.' And to imply that hundreds of girls may have willingly thrown themselves at this guy is beyond ludicrous. Exactly. I'm glad that most people on this forum seem to be on the same page.

Oh I see, you think most of the sex with Jimmy Saville was consentual (because they wanted to be close to a celebrity) and now the victims/nymphos want a piece of his estate. And we shouldn't think too badly of him because it's only human nature to be attracted to young girls. ok. You are right about the human instinct and nature of attraction part. The rest is warped. This k

I answered your points in my previous post. I'm not 'politically correct' and I understand the sexual nature of humans. I know the history a long time before you 'educated' me on this forum. Yes, underage teens have sex. I thought I said this was true. Please read what I write before responding to me. Yes, they can be attractive to adult men. Yep. Yes, evolut

I understand you fully. And I know quite a bit of history. You say that it is it's a 'grey area' because teenage girls are attractive and their bodies can bear children and are full of hormones that make them desire sex and it was socially acceptable many, many, years ago for children, or girls of a younger age, to be sexualized. Well...umm yeah. There's many reasons

QuoteGravityBoy QuoteI'm not an expert but being a paedophile is defined in wiki as '...a psychiatric disorder in persons who are 16 years of age or older typically characterized by a primary or exclusive sexual interest in prepubescent children'. Yes. Prepubescent. I don't think many people would argue with that. The stories I heard about Jimmy Savile don't i

At this point Dylan, Elton John, Neil Young, and Willie freakin' Nelson have pulled ahead of the Stones if only by virture of still taking a swing at some material on a regular basis. Even the damn Beach Boys celebrated their 50th by signifigantly adding to their body of work and acheivement. They got a decent album, 2-3 songs that fans love, a number one seller and a praised tour. I u

I get the vibe Little Steven is going for. It just seems like if th Rascals wanted to play they would be doing shows, even if it was the state fair circuit.

QuoteCocaine Eyes I have a feeling that we WILL NOT see them again performing live. Oh, there will be the various releases, various movies, various stuff.....but live on stage again? I highly doubt it. It's been the soundtrack to my life; I'll always have memories and the music. Grateful for that. You don't even believe that the 2 semi-confirmed dates in Nov will happen?

I never understand this. $100,000 is a lot of money to me but in terms of productions it's nothing. Does Little Steven and his buddy not have $50k apiece between them for something they want to do so much? Further, couldn't the rascals actually do a few low production cost shows around the country and raise that much money? This is not a lot of money and I don't get why h

I read that Herman's Hermits were actually the reverse of the Monkees. By that I mean that they were a real band that could play but the name and music were all products of a strict manager and producer. The real musicians in the band were forced to sit aside while they brought in studio musicians to record all of the music. Only Noone recorded withe the session musicians. And the materi

One of Keith's very best riffs and tunes in my opinion. Lyrics always sounded to me like scratch lyrics that needed polished/improved.

Is playing extended stays really that much easier than touring? I mean, how difficult is travelling really when you travel the way they do? They skip all the BS and the tedious parts that fray the nerves of all the rest of us.

England's Oldest FORMER Hit Makers? Some blues covers would be a quick job for them and would actually be a nice 50th ann./full circle kinda gesture celebration sorta thing.
