Munich top seats near stage - 100€ below face value

I offer two separate seats for the Munich show.They are A5, row 6 and A3, row 6. Both tickets are excellent seats. Face value is 499 € each plus shipping. I sell them for 400€ each.
I'll be in Munich the day before the show so we could meet to do the transactions. But I would also ship the tickets if you like.

Okay, anyone for 350??? That's more than f*** 150 € below face value. By the way, I'm not a scalper, I am only trying to sell this ticket for a friend who can't go due to serious health problems....
