Jos,this is a great disc(even the aud cuts are very listenable) and the "GIMME SHELTER" reminds us that in MT's prime his solos were smokin and second to nobody.I dont believe even "Slowhand" could have touched him when he was in this zone. And before anyone starts in about Ron, I'm one of his biggest fans too. I'm just saying a performance like this speaks for itself!

scottkeef, clapton was my first "guitar hero," but (IMO) he hasn't done anything since cream that burned like Stones-era Taylor...Agree with you about Ronnie, but that's apples and oranges..

I bought the LP LIVE IN LONDON in Berlin back in 1980. It was extremely expensive (something like 50 Deutschmarks which was very much money for a poor student) but now that I learn how rare it is I'm glad I bought it!

Urban..I love what you do here & on Shodoobee,however I must say ..gigasize sucks..when i try to dl this it says i'm dling flac but in reality i'm dling html...which is NOT audio...i have a brand new computer & i;ve dled a bunch of gigs....can you fix this or should i just ignoe gigasize from now on ???
