These outtakes have been discussed here before. They are early mixes of the Bigger Bang tracks. Some are really different (not much though), some others are practically the original Bigger Bang versions.
There's also a silver 2 CD digipak from WLR titled "The Alternate Bigger Bang". CD1 are these "outtakes", CD2 is a collection of all official non album tracks from the CD singles (promo and instore), the 2 tracks from the DVD and "Hurricane". Nice way to get all these tracks together but unfortunately it's not official but a bootleg.
