So what? Is a f****** audience recording, what do you expect?
You can download it if you wish and then delete it, if you don't like what you're listening to...no big deal :-)

I've had my problems as well, but got the first CD now. I think there's always problems with gigasize, not the best hosting site I'm afraid :-(

Know what you mean...the same with me after Copenhagen and too much beer :-)

You're right. Every free service is disadvantaged. You know how it goes ALWAYS: Try and try again. But stay calmed. My files won't get lost.

I'm very calm mate...it's the old PCs job to get it for me, I'm just sitting here sipping beer and waiting for the second CD to get through. Listening to CD 1 right now and in my humble oppinion it's quite a good recording. Thanks a lot for sharing :-)

OK. That explains the problem. Lucky one. I couldn't get pissed on every concert due to my long way back home by car (but I guess that was a real advantage at least).
Viel Glück demnächst, Heinz!

No unfortunately not. I don't want to spend all my money travelling all over the place to watch the band. I'm afraid I would get bored seeing the same show over and over again. We were lucky enough to have them twice in Denmark. Horsens last september and Parken this month...two great shows, so I'm quite satisfied :-)

svendborg,
this was my first and, i think, last show this year.(or for ever, don`t hope it)
don`t have the time to travel this time.
but during all gigs, i visited, i take some off days for standing in the front rows
and in front of the stones hotel, meeting allways lovely people, and of course, being a fan, who sucks material.
dead enough now to sleep.
all have a good night, or a good day in other parts of the world.

yes but also audience recordings can be pretty decent but Cocks usually are not; in fact this Hamburg is quite ok for his standarts but as mentioned already by some other guy surely not A.

did I pee in your tea? listen what I dont like the way guy like Cock usually hypes his recordings and then it usually turns out as not so good as hyped. other tapers are much more realistic with their quality ratings, and it surely helps to save time to avoid just so-so recordings!!!
respect and apreciate Cocks efforts just like other tapers efforts but stay realistic man.

This is a very good audience recording IMO.
It's transparent, very balanced in highs and lows and dynamics - no colouring.
correlation meter shows no mucky phases.
It is slightly left, off the stereo axis responding to the seating position.
it has room information and audience reaction on it in a very good balanced way.
some of you need to re-listen this very good recording.
skip the first track for your judgment, as there was some adjusting going on.
please name a better "class A" audience recording to compare.
also, please express in words what you think is a flaw in this recording - say it techically, not with a gut feeling.
use your ears first and a spectral analyzer if you need proof.
Thank you very much, G. the Cock for the excellent recording.
I was at the show, had a bad seat under the roof and no chance to experience such a beautyful sound from a sweet spot - much appreciated.
also thanks to Ludwig for providing and shareing.

Haven't had a chance to listen to the whole thing but there's gaps within the first minute of STU, but as open-g states, it settles down after that. Sounds (& looks) a bit overmodulated, esp in the right channel. I do worry when things are over 100% normalized, seems to be a prob that some folks have when mastering. Analogue recordings can get away with being in the red but not digital. Yes it's a bit right channel heavy but the balance control fixes that instantly.
All in all, yes a very good recording, congrats to the big G & thx to him for getting this out to us
