As correctly pointed out by JMARKO, the wrong version of Brown Leaves was posted - according to Martin Elliott's book there were 2 instrumental versions recorded before it evolved into Dancing Girls - one in 1972 and another in 1978.

I think these are 2 examples of that; they are different with piano to the fore in the earlier version - but, as always, happy to be 'put right' if somebody with better ears than me knows better :-)

Sorry - as per the 'rules' of this board (which I absolutely agree with), as it is an official release then I won't post it.
More importantly, it is now easily available on the 'Rarities' CD.
My 'rule of thumb' is that if easily available then don't post - but if not officially released or if official but basically impossible to get hold of, then that is fair game.
