For Quad, Id go with the Philedelphia Spectrum Show 1973. Its not complete (missing 5'15, Love Reign O'er Me, and Punk and Godfather) but it is a soundboard.
Live at Leeds Complete
Dayton 71, great audience recording (IMO better than some soundboards of the era)
Toronto 75 (same as above, better than some soundboards)
Houston 75 (almost complete soundboard (missing 8 seconds of squeeze Box, and Tommy's holiday camp, although the latter is available on the DVD of the show)
Those would be my top pics. Once you get into them more
CHicago 79 is a good choice, post Keith Moon era, but great show
Toronto 82 is another good one from the post Moon era, soundboard and great performance
As for the 60s Who, the unofficial BBC sessions surpass the official ones
Those are my recommendations
(As for the quad material, with the exception of Philly 73, other boots from that tour are spotty in sound depending on what your looking for). Detroit 73 would be the best sounding nearly complete boot of Quad live with Moon (only missing I Can't Explain).

Not from the Quadrophenia period, but I would say Amsterdam 1969 is a good one.
