This is Mickboy's remaster...it is one of his BEST remastering jobs!

thanks for this very nice post, but could you please repost # 19 (for example via yousendit instead) for it seems to be "stucked" in the sendspace's server :-(

Anyway, MJ knows "his" roots even more that it seems sometimes :-)

I've just tried it & it seems to be OK, give it another go & if you still have a prob let me know & I'll re-up it

Puuhh..., finaly got it, but to the cost of a "sore" finger... a lot of pushdowns and tries, Sendspace is a pain sometimes.. anyway, thanks again for the post :-)

Vox12String you are the man!

This stuff is great...the sort of record I pray the Stones themselves will stop & make one day (soon). In fact, it reminds me of the Mick and Keith songs that appear on The Jimmy Rodgers All-Stars cd "Blues, Blues, Blues" from a few years back. Mick loves the blues, why he hesitates hitting the road with this sort of stuff (imagaine a Stones Blues only tour!) and rightly claiming his share of acclaim as a G-R-E-A-T blues singer is beyond me.

***BTW: if time allows, can you repost tracks 6-12, as they now show as having expired. I'll hold off burning this stuff to disc until the remaining trax are downloaded.***

Thanks again for sharing this very cool collection. It will compliment my copy of the Red Devils King King show nicely.

ALSO: this site is a good source for covers, though the ones for this particular recording are kinda lame IMHO.
