It's live in Cologne, Germany, 29 Nov. 1992. The entire show was broadcasted on German TV. This CD however is not the complete show.

I've found this cover for 'Vampire strikes back'.
They say that this show (uncomplete) is from the '93 US-Tour. So, if it's true, this is not from Koln.

I have for sale a silver bootleg of the ENTIRE Cologne show. It's from "Blackvinyl" label and special edition in a round plastic box. Nice collector's piece.
I offered it a couple of times on this board, but there seem to be no real collectors here?! Or am I wrong? Is 30 EUR incl. shipping too much? (Actually it is worth far more).
