The BTB remixes are all fake. Those were not done by the Stones !

DirtyWorks is correct. These were not produced or authorized by The Stones or Virgin Records. If you enjoy them, fine, but these are counterfeit.

It seems that theses mixes are requested by Mick Jagger but not includes in Bonus tracks on singles (cf www.sympathyforthedevils.com).

I like the website, but sorry, I don't believe these were requested by Jagger.

I keep trying to repost 7, yousendit is useless - they should rename it noyoudontsendit. I'll try again tomorrow...

There's always been some doubt as to the source of this stuff, but we are talking bootlegs here, so nothing is 100% legit is it? Here's what Martin Elliott says in his book on the Stones recording sessions:

"A series of remixes appeared on two bootlegged albums. It is difficult to establish the origin of these but they seem to be authentic remixes. One of them is subtitled 'Keith's Revenge Remix' which might imply that Keith would have preferred a different mix."

And as legin says, they are fun and Keith's Revenge Remix of Might As Well Get Juiced is excellent!

YSI is not happening Down Under either so I've tried Sendspace, hope it works.

I saw this on eBay once. Don't know if it was a boot or if it's an actual release (I doubt that).

Read here [www.timeisonourside.com] and you'll see all about the creation of BTB. I believe some of these could've been actual Stones remixes, but I don't think they intended for them to get out.

btw, the Saint of Me one is absolutely mouth watering.

I just wanted to bump this and tell all of you to download the alternate mix of Saint Of Me. The guitar sound is like heaven, and is so beautiful.
