Can't You Hear Me knocking and Wild Horses Live '71

I read that the Stones did both these songs early on the 1971 European tour, but were later dropped. I have never heard either of them live from the Taylor years. Does anyone have them (or are they buried away in the infamous "vault)? Would love to hear 2 of my favourite songs from Sticky Fingers done with that lineup.

I think CYHMK from 1971 is the most wanted thing around. I never heard & I doubt anybody else did.

According to The Complete Works Website, CYHMK was not plaed during de 71 tour and Wild Horses was only played in Newcastle shows on the 4th march (2 shows the same day).

No setlists known for the following shows:
710306B 6th March: Coventry, England, Coventry Theatre (2nd show)
710308A 8th March: Glasgow, Scotland, Green’s Playhouse (1st show)
710308B 8th March: Glasgow, Scotland, Green’s Playhouse (2nd show)
710309A 9th March: Bristol, England, Colston Hall (1st show)
710309B 9th March: Bristol, England, Colston Hall (2nd show)
710310A 10th March: Brighton, England, Big Apple (1st show)
710310B 10th March: Brighton, England, Big Apple (2nd show)

CYHMK could very well have been played at one or more of those shows.

If I'm not mistaken Schuine (where is he?) asked Wyman about this subject and got a letter in return in which Bill confirmed that CYHMK indeed wás played in '71.

That's interesting, but Wyman "knows" a great deal of Stones-details that is not true. Just look at the setlists (for instance) in his book.

Hi Erik. Out of curiousity, what setlist mistakes are in Bill's book? I would think that a band member who kept journals, diaries, newsclippings of the band since the day he started would be pretty accurate.

Hello!
I got the book right here....this is just an example, there are lotsa others:

1978 Setlist....correct "often played"-songs,
but he writes that they occasionally did
Some Girls, Johnny B. Goode, Street Fighting Man, Fool To Cry, Memory Motel, IORR, Get Off Of My Cloud.

Another example.....he writes the dates of the 1970 tour, he writes that they played 2 times in Rome (instead of one Rome + one Milan),
and he forgets a Frankfurt show, and he says Essen was on the 7th (it's on the 9th) of October, and Amsterdam on 9th (it's on 11th) of October.
And hoards of more.

Wyman, Bobby Keys and Keith have ALL stated in separate interviews/accounts that CYHMK WAS played at a couple of shows early in the 1971 tour. I can understand 1 of the musicians who played on stage at those shows having their memory play tricks with them down the years, but three?

I've also read a review of one of the early shows which mentions an unknown new song (remember - the album wasnt out at the time of the shows) with a lengthy instrumental ending which fits the description.

I'm 99% sure they played it - however it kinda fell apart on stage and was quickly dropped

That infamous Vault (i think you mean Vault not fault!). According to the writings of Bill Wyman (Reliable or not), the majority of this tour was recorded (I think on the Stones Mobile with Glyn Johns). In which case the vaults really have some treasures. Howabout the soundboard recordings of Altamont (as partially used in the Gimme Shelter movie) or the full recordings, again by Glyn Johns of the '69 Madison Square Gardens shows? Or all the decent outtakes? Come on guys how about releasing some real rarities??!!
