On mine the cover is glued on the plastic case, it's one of my favorite with From Now and Then , another anthology.

I still have a strong impression of "A SHOT OF SALVATION” because it was the first CD-Bootleg that was stable with little noise, not the inferior pressed and noisy LP, as you mentioned in your review. Thanks for reminding me of that.

Still one of my favourite classic bootleg CD's. Great release at the time. Like more Scorpio titles. A Shot of Salvation was released with two different covers if remember correctly.
