nice work, exilestones. as far as the broadcasts go, it seems as though ycagwyw from 1981-12-01 was left off. is it because there wasn't enough room on 2CD? Thanks for sharing

Rolling Stones - STILL LIFE REVAMPED EXS-1981-01 The Prototype
STILL LIFE REVAMPED - EXS-1981-001 The Prototype
The final version of Still Life Revamped is "Still Life Revamped EXS-1981-003." The is the original unreleased first STILL LIFE REVAMPED EXS-1981-001 without the interviews and King Biscuit/Super Groups in Concert radio bonus disc.
The original idea was an extended Still Life, a longer album with a few extra choice tracks. That is what we have here, the original idea, the prototype which later evolved.
This prototype is exactly the same as "Still Life Revamped EXS-1981-003" except it features a different offering of Under My Thumb. This Under My Thumb is the same performance as Still Life but this is the King Biscuit/Super Groups in Concert radio broadcasted version. Dan nixed the radio broadcast of Under My Thumb be- cause it wasn't Still Life.
Originally, I choose Hampton's Waiting on a Friend but Dan thought it would be better to use only Still Life and the King Biscuit/Super Groups in Concert radio broadcasted tracks. Even though I like the Hampton performance of Waiting on a Friend better, Dan was right to use only the Still Life and radio tracks. We have Hampton. With all of that said, here's the revamped original line-up which I prefer with Hampton's Waiting on a Friend.
I also wanted to use Tempe's Black Limousine but it didn't fit the criteria and we had a Black Limousine from the radio broadcasts. So, I used an edited Black Limousine from Tempe layered with one of the interviews on EXS-1981-03. Here's the whole Black Limousine from Tempe which I like best.
After Still Life Revamped EXS-1981-003 was released, blakeeik pointed out that there was another You Can't Always Get What You Want broadcasted from Pontiac 12/01/81 which I hadn't realize. I found that version and here it is too.
