Do you use a proxy?
I don't use Bittorrent, I use uTorrent 2.2.1, but I cannot get Dime to work unless I bypass my proxy, most other sites don't mind.

I use Qbittorrent version 3.3.9, I never upgrade it to the new version everytime they ask me I say NO! It works with my VPN too.

Utorrent 3.3.1 works for me. You have to get it from some vintage software site. Later versions of Utorrent are junked up with ads, so don't upgrade.
