I go to hunt chocolate eggs for a few days: you will be quiet and you will be able to digest this new volume (reserved for those who have a curious and .... indulgent mind!).

"Baaking at Baastan."
Live at Boston Garden – Boston (Ma)
19th July 1972
Frankenstein production n°48
I had the idea to make this mix while reading the comments about the 2 sources for this show after Heiloobaas posted his version. As I had these different versions, I compared them and only the first nine titles of this show exist in 2 versions that I tried to mix.
I used the version of DAC 029 (cd # 2 of "Jailhouse Rock") as a reference for the speed and as the only source for the last 7 tracks of this show.
You have to know that it's very difficult to synchronize 2 different sources because the recordings were done with recorders that never run exactly at the same speed (I'm talking about microseconds) and that there can be micro-cuts in the recordings.
For the first 9 titles I used the DAC version for the right channel and Weeping Goat (WG008) "Ginsoaked Barroom Queen In Boston" for the left channel version.
For the last 7 titles as well as the transition between "Love In Vain" and "Sweet Virginia" and also for the end of YCAGWYW (missing on the WG 008 version); I used only the DAC version but I have tampered so that the sound appears more ample, more spacious: a kind of false stereo.
I spent hours on this project which is far from perfect but I had a lot of fun and maybe others will appreciate.
Be indulgent, I hope that the purists won't mind too much, but in any case nothing forces you to follow me on this stony road because it is a real Frankenstein production!
