I wonder who leaked them....
Wasn't me...
But if it was one of the VERY few people I traded with, I'll find out because I always insert a different digital signature in a couple of tracks of each copy I trade!

Who says that I got it for free?
The consensus is that if someone offers you something rare you would like to have, you (may) agree on a trade. If however you got this stuff you offer to trade came from another person, in most cases you're supposed to send that (original) person a copy of what you got in the new trade.

My speculation is DAC are going to try to recoup their investment so they'll spread the 8 new tracks over several CDs.
DAC-182 got 3 new songs + filler, DAC-183 will probably get the 4 remaining 82 outtakes + unnecessary well-known UC music.
As for "the jewel on the crown" "All About You (Train Song)" I suspect it'll appear on its own release (DAC-184?) along with 60 minutes of well-known ER outtakes/filler.
My 2 Yens of course...

If so, I hope it was the original owner of the tracks.

Mitch are you happy with the fact that a label like DAC puts out new recordings on silver discs, which fans can buy? (or not buy)

I'm not a fan of these "phantom tracks that 20 or 30 hardcore fans worldwide are sitting on"-thing. That's perverted. Are you sure it's only 3 new tracks/versions on DAC-182? I mean have you heard it?

No I just found a pigmy-sized photo of the CD artwork on a Japanese site.
So logically the 4 remaining 1982 outtakes will be on DAC-183. And the label's guys are really in need of money they'll save "All About You II" for DAC-184.
Phisically the Virchov tape + the 8 new tracks could have filled a single CD but that wasn't DAC best interest to do this...
