Ebay users - Belgian thief - beware - 12" testpressing

HI,
Enough of rip-offs; I bought from a seller called bluejetsrecords on Ebay in 2006 a so-called testpressing by the Rolling Stones: THE ROLLING STONES-ULTRA RARE BELGIUM SAMPLE COPY-MINT -CARRERE FACTORY LTD ;
beware; this 12" was a testpressing of a mix by a cover band (which I asked this guy to check before sending) - I sent it back and never got refund, seller argued he never received it back and gained enough time to avoid ebay reporting excusing himself for health reasons; pure bad faith and lies. It had happened with some other customers of his apparently, I checked it.
Anyway, just beware if this socalled 12" test pressing re-shows up some day, you're warned.
